He also knows all the best restaurants and is a fountain of knowledge about Idaho. Funny thing, I haven't even met Paul personally because I live about 6 hours away from the area. I had a property in Idaho City for sale and another realtor recommended Mr. Heim. I contacted Paul over the phone, gave him the property address, told him the details about it (power, well, septic, driveway, etc) He visited the property, listed it with impeccable marketing including county boundaries and drone pictures. Shortly after, we had a cash offer pretty close to asking price. Needless to say, I went with his advise on the entire transaction. 9 days later, the money was in the bank. Thank you much Mr. Heim!
