Every phone call I made to them was answered 24/7, by them, no voice mail, unbelievable!

After 6 months of having our home listed for sale, we felt like we would never sell. We had 3 failed contracts due to our first realtor's lack of knowledge of requirements to sell in our particular community. Basically, we could only accept cash, or 25% down due to an association that had no reserves. This was a challenge and we only had about 20 showings in the entire 6 months. Another home in the same development was sold in 18 days and it was by Patty Da Silva. I decided to research a little and give her a call. She made time for us after hours to meet her and I knew right away I needed her to be our realtor. We ran into difficulties with our association with the closing process which would have caused us to delay the closing until the middle of January 2017. I really wanted to have a Christmas and New Year with this process behind us. Patty knew exactly what needed to be done and she had the resources available when the association didn't follow their own rules. Patty responded to every single email, and every single text in a reasonable time (and there were a lot of them). She knew the answer to every question. We closed on our home on Dec 13, 2016. I had full confidence the entire time we had our home listed with Patty. She kept us updated all the time. She is an incredible realtor/broker. Patty did an incredible job of helping to facilitate my short sale. It was not easy and my bank was quite difficult.
