I was dreading the process of selling my home and just happened to get lucky and discover Patty -- thank goodness!!! She is just all-around awesome! Patty is very knowledgeable and will give you the information and advice you need, but at the end of the day she wants to do what makes you feel comfortable and she will have your back all the way! I kept waiting for the process to become frustrating or annoying and it never did, I even remember asking a couple of times, "That's it?...That's all I have to do?" She takes care of everything!
