Very kind and knowledgeable. Started with them as our landlord and then bought a house after a year and a half with them. They worked all hours with us to find our home and accommodated us when we were in the moving process. Not to meantion they met me in the hospital to finish our paperwork since I was sick during closing. Would recommend working with them to anyone.
Our experience with Patty Da Silva and Steven Angelil was excellent. It was one of the best decisions we made during our search for a new home. Steven is very knowledgeable and a great negotiator. There are many realtors who promise the moon and stars but deliver cold wet pizza. You'll be delighted to know that Patty and Chris actually deliver on their promises. I know. I first met Patty and Chris almost 5 years ago when we needed to sell our house in Rock Creek. It was the first home we were selling and I had no idea what to expect. Patty walked me and my husband through every step of the process (multiple times because I was super pregnant with twins and couldn't retain any info) and little did we know but Patty and Chris would sell our home in less than a week, with multiple offers, and for a price over asking. We were blown away!! So naturally we had to use them to purchase our new home. Remember above me mentioning how I was super pregnant? Well poor Chris ended up showing us over 50 houses—and he did so graciously, with a huge smile on us face at every showing. They accommodated our schedules for viewing homes, sent us lists of new listings as they happened so we could get first looks, grew to know exactly what I was looking for and could even tell if we were going to like a house or not before we viewed it. We grew to be friends during this process and it is truly amazing when you work with people who only have your best interest at heart and are not about the money and making a quick commission. Patty and Chris are the ultimate professionals, kind, efficient, super knowledgeable and just all around incredible people.
