I first met Patty and Chris almost 5 years ago when we needed to sell our house in Rock Creek. It was the first home we were selling and I had no idea what to expect. Patty walked me and my husband through every step of the process (multiple times because I was super pregnant with twins and couldn't retain any info) and little did we know but Patty and Chris would sell our home in less than a week, with multiple offers, and for a price over asking. We were blown away!! So naturally we had to use them to purchase our new home. Remember above me mentioning how I was super pregnant? Well poor Chris ended up showing us over 50 houses—and he did so graciously, with a huge smile on us face at every showing. They accommodated our schedules for viewing homes, sent us lists of new listings as they happened so we could get first looks, grew to know exactly what I was looking for and could even tell if we were going to like a house or not before we viewed it. Nicole and Stacey helped us find our perfect home in Florida!
