I thought she was just kidding, but she assured me that with her experience and the amount of activity already occurring, it would be sold. Sure enough, two days later the offer came in! I cannot imagine a smoother process from beginning to end! I know Annie is the best and she truly made my home sale as painless as it could be. The teamwork approach means that there is always someone to pick up the phone, answer a text, address an issue or contribute unique knowledge/professional opinions. This dynamic team came to me highly recommended. I want to emphasize just how fortunate I was to meet them and sign them as my agents to sell a family home. I was selling a house on Cape Cod but live on the other coast. The logistics seemed insurmountable. Jodi and Annie were a joy to work with.
