Nelson will go above and beyond your wants and needs a a home buyer. With my job, I had no time to really do viewings. Nelson would use all means to show me a home like FaceTime, video, photos and even arranging late night showings. He was very straight forward with the entire process. Helped explain the home buying vocabulary and made sure nothing was hidden. Would definitely recommend him as an agent if you want someone that wants to find you a home and not a paycheck.

Nelson took extreme care of me during my latest Sale of my home in California. As I lived across country and was not able to be present for most of the transaction, he was always keeping me informed every step of the way. Keep in mind that we did some renovations to the property prior to listing it. With that, he was able to find the contractor and ensured everything went smoothly. Once on the market, in a matter of days we were able to go into Escrow and soon there after close with no issues.
