“I will take care of you!” that’s what Nelson told me when I asked him to help me find a house near Oceanside, CA. Day one, he went into great detail explaining to me the entire home buying process as well as how long it was going to take. He also showed me a few sample homes to get an idea what I was looking for. On two different occasions we went to see houses around Oceanside until we found the perfect house in the making. Since the apartment was not built yet, I only was only able to see the model home. I loved it and I went for it. He worked some crack deal and got me a HUGE DISCOUNT on the property leaving a really good chunk of equity from the get go.
