Ashley was very professional, extremely proactive, and a great problem solver! She was excellent at keeping me informed of the process, and took an active role in getting things done—especially when we ran into issues with the appraisal, or home repairs.

Ashley was awesome to work with! We’d give her six stars if possible. She was a great help through the whole process with us being not only first time home buyers, but a military family where I was deployed and my husband was stateside for most of the process. She kept us all in the loop on everything that needed to be done and answered questions we didn’t even know we had. We’d definitely recommend working with her!

Ashley was very vocal, forward and knowledgeable with us as first time homebuyers. We knew exactly what was going on with every step of the process. Ashley always was there to answer all of our questions and we will always use Ashley for our needs in the future.

I've known Ashley since before she became an agent. Knowing her character and work ethic, it was a no-brainer to immediately reach out to hire her as our buyer's agent when we were ready to start looking. Our process had a few more hiccups than the average buy given some special circumstances, but Ashley was beyond helpful every step of the way. Having her on our side to work with was truly an asset. I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again!

Very responsive to late night texts and phone calls. Provided great lending and insurance contacts and ultimately saved me a lot of money. She was also very patient through trying to find the right location for me and finding a house that fit my budget.

We had an absolutely wonderful home buying experience with Ashley! She helped us through every step from our first showing to closing. Exceptional communication! She responded promptly and kept us informed. She answered all of our questions, and was always very professional. She gave us honest advice, and we never felt pressured into any decisions. We bought a beautiful home for the right price and right terms, thanks to Ashley. Not only is Ashley a great Realtor, she is a lovely person. We highly recommend her!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Ashley Schaus of The Key Group when looking for our home. Ashley was extremely responsive and was there quickly handling any issues. Throughout the past couple of months, Ashley has been there every step of the way answering every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethics are much respected and appreciated. We never felt that she was just trying to sell us a house, but was available to answer our questions and help us make the best decision for our family. Francis &Charlesetta

What can i say other than wow great service on time respond and better yet ability to go above and beyond. Ms Ashley Shaus has helped me and guided me through a very difficult process she has picked up where others have dropped the ball. 2nd home this year and i wouldnt be able to accomplish my dreams without her expertice, kindness and professionalism. Thank you.

I recommend her services. She helped me and my sister, who lives in a different country and doesnt speak English at all, to purchase a property. In the future I would request or recommend her services.

Ashley was extremely helpful throughout the process of buying my first home. She was quick to respond to any questions or issues that came up and worked to make the entire process run smoothly. I would highly recommend Ashley to anyone looking to buy a home in the Fayetteville area.

Cant find a better person to work with and that will go over and beyond for her clients. Looking forward to working with her again. We wasnt the easiest people to work with having to look at so many different properties. But she was always willing to do what it took and always on time. Just couldn't have asked anymore out of someone.

Mrs Ashley was great, she helped us buy the house of our dreams. Highly dedicated and extremly patient she showed us houses all over the city. She will get your stuff done and was able to answer any questions that popped up. Available anytime, and even if she was busy she'd make the time. If you go with her she has no problem hounding who ever is slowing the process down to accomplish the mission. Mrs Ashley is very upfront, honest and will give you the bottom line.
