If you are looking for a professional realtor that actually cares about your needs, call Ashley! She has been with us every step of the way and did a fantastic job showing homes, explaining the purchase process, answering our questions and negotiating repairs ! I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy!

I couldn't find a better person to walk my family and I through this process. Ashley took the time to ensured every detail was covered. She is very knowledgeable and professional agent. My family and I never had to worry about anything as she worked directly with the seller and my lender company while keeping us inform of everything immediately. I highly suggest giving Ashley a call if you are planning to buy or sell a property. Thank you Ashley for everything. Respectfully, Family Cruz.

Ashley was amazing, she answered all questions and had a lot of information about all the property we were interested on. She is very honest and dedicated on finding exactly what you are looking for, as well as being extremely flexible with our schedule. And most importantly she is really good at negotiating!! We had a great experience looking and finding a home with Ashley.

Above an beyond. She answered my questions around my crazy schedule which sometimes was 8-9 at night and worked with me for almost 3 months! This is easily the best real estate agent I've ever talked to and she got me in the best first house I could have asked for.

I highly recommend Ashley to anyone looking to buy a house. Went above and beyond to ensure I had all my questions answered and that I had the best deals possible. Made buying a house incredibly easy and I can't thank her enough for all of her hard work.

Ashley Schaus was GREAT! It was our first time buying and from start to finish she was nothing less than amazing. She was available to answer any of our calls/texts no matter the time. Highly recommend her!!

Would definitely recommend made process very simple and easy. Explained alot and took alot of the hassle out of buying a home. It was our first home and she walked us threw every step and answered all our questions efficiently

Knowledgeable and attentive. She was always very helpful, prompt, and professional. She showed us multiple homes over a two year time span until we found the perfect house. She answered calls, texts, and emails immediately. Our family enjoyed working with her.

I've worked with Ashley 3 times now! She helped us buy 2 houses and sell 1 and each time has been a pleasure working with her! She is extremely knowledgeable about both buying and selling and always had a solution when something unforeseen came up. She is so easy to work with, she makes everything as stress free as possible which is so important when you are buying and selling a house at the same time. Ashley is so hard working and she will always be our go to real estate agent! I highly recommend her you won't be disappointed!

Ashley Shaus is so good at what she does. She was always patient with us and never pressured us to grab a home. We took our time finding the perfect place - a couple months of searching and walking through homes! She was, however, always quick to respond to our requests and questions and push the necessary paper work through. Also, when we experienced a hiccup, she advocated firmly for our best interest and saved us some burden. I highly recommend Ashley.
