Don Wright was hands down the best realtor we’ve ever had. Now, this was our first time buying a house and he is the only realtor we’ve ever had, but my statement stands. In all seriousness, Don was great. After going to a few open houses on our own and dealing with “pushy car salesmen” realtors, to a realtor who was 45 minutes late, to a realtor who told us we couldn’t see the OPEN house without an agent present we were beginning to give up hope. Until we met Don. He was on time, had a plan to maximize time and the number of houses we could see, to providing us with a binder that contained everything and more a person could need when looking at homes. He was assertive but not pushy. He was always available for our thousand questions and always had an answer. He always had a solution for our problem. He offered his opinion but respected our decisions and requests. He gave us an amazing referrals and recommended a lending agent that was equally as awesome as Don (Ubaldo Robles aka U.B.)... those two made the stressful experience all worth it! He’s given us multiple other recommendation and referrals as we are new to the area and has yet to let us down. He got us signed, recorded, funded and handed us the keys all in the same day and within the initial closing date! Not to mention he has reached out multiple times since we have closed to check in on us and see how things are going and just to say hello. If you want a realtor that will be an advocate for you and adapt to fit your personality and meet your wants, desires, needs, etc.. then look no further. Don was around so much that when it came time to have my baby, our 4 year old expected him to do the delivery. He calls him "the house Don" and our mortgage broker "the money Don" - everybody is Don! He stuck with us for 5+ months until we closed on the perfect home for us. He was easily available by text, phone, and email and was patient in answering the questions of first time homebuyers. I worked with Don to find an investment property in Stockton. I used different Realtors in the past but liked what Don had to offer. My biggest concern with other agents was the lack of communication. Don told me the first day I met him that he would keep me updated and he made sure to call or text me even if there wasn't an update. Don Wright is the realtor to go to. He is very knowledgeable and he helped us buy our first home. He goes out of his way to make sure everything runs smooth during the process.
