Don was around so much that when it came time to have my baby, our 4 year old expected him to do the delivery. He calls him "the house Don" and our mortgage broker "the money Don" - everybody is Don! He stuck with us for 5+ months until we closed on the perfect home for us. He was easily available by text, phone, and email and was patient in answering the questions of first time homebuyers.
