If "Absolutely Yes!" was an option for this review, that's what I would choose but since it's not, my review is an absolute 10 for Don Wright!! He helped me to sell my home and put me in my dream home. I would HIGHLY recommend him for all his services because he is that good! He understands what you need and what you would like from selling your home and buying a new home. He is honest and trustworthy because buying and selling can be very stressful and you need someone who will listen to you. I almost wanted to throw in the towel because my home wasn’t selling fast, but he helped me to understand that these types of things take some time and although the market looked great for a seller it was not selling as quickly as I had hoped. We made it to the end and now I am enjoying my new home! Thanks to Don and his advertising of my home, it is now SOLD!!! If you don't have a relator Don is your guy! My fiancé , family and I couldn't have been anymore lucky with Don as our relator! He truly was a blessing! We were looking all over from Tracy, Modesto, Manteca, and Stockton. We just didn't know what was best for us. He continued to stay patient with us and always answered our questions. Whenever I would ask to look at houses he always made time for us! We finally found a house and knew it was the one! We ended up in a bidding war and Don was supper efficient and continued to keep us in the loop! Unfortunately the sellers agent wasn't very experienced but Don being the awesome guy he is was thorough throughout the whole process! When we finally got our keys Don met us at our house and had a cute bow on our front door ! We took our picture in front so sweet! Even after the closing and us getting our keys Don has been checking in and continues to answer all my questions and or concerns. Don Wright is seriously the guy to go to! He is super knowledgeable, considerate, and professional! Purchasing a house is like a roller-coaster but Don on your side you wont be disappointed! Don was awesome to work with and very helpful. There were times I wanted to see a house last minute and he made it happen. He answered questions we had and that was also very helpful because my boyfriend and I were going to be first time buyers.

Don was excellent to work with. We were in a unique situation as my sister and I were house hunting (and handling all of the realtor communications) for our older parents.
