Kim, Jennifer, and Larienea were on the ball from the start. We live 1300 miles from our rental home which made extra work for all of them. Our tenant left the home badly in need of attention before it could be listed. We were completely dependent on everyone on site since we couldn't be there. Kim told us what the home needed in order to stand out from the competition for a quick sale. They made excellent recommendations for a general contractor, roofing contractor and carpet company. Her designer made spot on color recommendations and they did an amazing job staging the property. Two weeks after the tenant moved out, the house went on the MLS with a new roof, exterior and interior paint, new carpet and minor repairs completed. It looked so good we were sorry to be selling! We got two offers from the first day it was live and took the one for full price from qualified buyers. The contractor came back in to take care of a minimal punch list from the inspector and the closing was done remotely, without a hitch and on time. We couldn't have asked for more!

How does she do it? Kim is some sort of real estate magician. She listened to what we thought we wanted. She patiently worked with us as we figured out what we actually wanted, and then helped us find the rainbow-unicorn perfect fit. Kim’s like a fairy princess that juggles chainsaws. That are on fire. As we routinely felt overwhelmed by the enormity of the process while still living everyday life, Kim was an oasis of serenity. I don’t ever want to buy or sell a house or move again.
