Kim is a great realtor for a lot of reasons. She will get you a great price and get it sold quickly. I imagine those are the two things everyone really wants out of a realtor. Her designer was able to recommend some affordable modifications to what was our rent house to allow it to fetch top dollar. It did. She also has a very caring and compassion nature about her which goes beyond what one would expect out of a realtor (in a good way). My wife and I can't recommend Kim enough and should we ever need to sell or buy a house she would most definitely be our realtor.

After searching for a house for almost 5 years, these picky buyers found the one they were looking for. Kim had the patience needed to plug along all this time. She and Jennifer always followed up on our questions and requests to "see the house one more time". We will always be so appreciative to them for their kindness, honesty and helpfulness. I would not trust any other realtor. I guess that is assumed since Kim has sold 2 of our houses, our cell phone tower and 10 acres of land in addition to finding our forever home. They really are the best!! Thank you so much, Kim and Jennifer!

It was great working with Kim! We were moving from out of state which can be scary and extra stressful. Kim made our experience so easy and was quick to help with any needs and questions we had.

Could not have found a better relator! Kim is fast and accurate with her information and knowledge. She will not tell you just what you want to hear she’s honest with her opinion and will always look out for what is best for you. Thank you Kim, without you we would not be in our beautiful home!

I don't think it is possible to be more pleased than we were with Kim at Stellar Realty. Any time we called or texted, she responded quickly and when we identified a property of interest, it seemed like the response was always "Wanna see it tomorrow?" She always "made it happen". Her knowledge of the market and the values of homes and locations was exceptional. She has and shared great connections for contract workers, inspectors, etc. Always professional in dress and conversations, Kim was a delight to work with. Her staff and co-workers were equally professional and we enjoyed everyone we interacted with. Kim has also helped other of our family members find their perfect home. She aims to do that. Thank you Kim!

I have had the privilege to work with Kim and her team for several years. She is professional, kind and goes the extra mile for her clients. I would highly recommend using Kim and her team for all your real estate endeavors.

Kim and her team have helped me sell two homes and purchase three over the last several years. Kim consistently goes above and beyond to make the home buying and selling processes go as smoothly as possible. She is an advocate for her clients, and she is so knowledgeable, positive, and kind. She and her team are beyond stellar! She is hands-down the best!

I am incredibly grateful for Kim's personal care and dedication in helping our church find the perfect property for our future home. Her professionalism, expertise, and understanding of our unique needs made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend her services!

Kim went above and beyond to help us get into the house we chose. Moving in from out of state, she has helped to connect with people who can help with home needs, even after the sell. We knew we were in good hands with Kim and her team. She became a friend to us and to our family, and we are thankful to have found her!

Kim used her extensive knowledge of the area around Norman North Highschool to get us the house we needed. It is super close as we will going every day for the next four years! We are so happy and truly blessed to have been guided by Kim, we could not have done this without her. If we ever move again, she will be my First Call.

Everything went very smooth and fast with the sale of our house. Love the staging of the house and the professional pictures were amazing. I hope we never have to move again, but if we do Kim will definitely be the person we call to get our house sold in record time.

Kim Llewelyn and her staff at Stellar Realty did a wonderful job of selling my home. It took approximately about 1 1/2 months to sell. We had a few things to take care of and they did a wonderful job being there for us when we couldn’t. Thank you Ladies..you’re the best!
