Kim and her helper did more than normal realtors do. They helped with setting up the house for viewing. They don't mind getting their hands dirty either. They helped getting the gardens in order also pulling weeds etc. I needed to get my house cleaned and she had the people to do that also. The cleaning person was great. It looked like new when she got through, deffinitely worth the reasonable price. We are older and also needed help with packing and loading the house up in pods to ship to another state. She also had the people to do that. If you need anything she goes out of her way to get it done for you. She is deffinitely goes above and beyond what other realtors did for me in the past.

Kim is a great realtor for a lot of reasons. She will get you a great price and get it sold quickly. I imagine those are the two things everyone really wants out of a realtor. Her designer was able to recommend some affordable modifications to what was our rent house to allow it to fetch top dollar. It did. She also has a very caring and compassion nature about her which goes beyond what one would expect out of a realtor (in a good way). My wife and I can't recommend Kim enough and should we ever need to sell or buy a house she would most definitely be our realtor.
After searching for a house for almost 5 years, these picky buyers found the one they were looking for. Kim had the patience needed to plug along all this time.
