Tina and Jake were amazing with the entire home buying process. They were very responsive and had tons of knowledge. She was unfailingly upbeat and responsive whenever I called, and quickly earned our complete trust. Tina offered invaluable advice, devising a sales strategy that highlighted existing attributes of an older but well-maintained house without pouring huge amounts of money into a complete refurbishment. As a result, the house was on the market sooner and with less expense than it could have been. I relied on her stable of reliable contractors to do necessary repairs and cleaning at high quality and reasonable price. The house had a full price offer within 30 days. Of particular note was her follow-through and relentless pursuit of representing my Mother's interests to overcome the inevitable subsequent hurdles to closing. Overall, I cannot recommend Tina Wyatt and her team highly enough.

Tina and her team here wonderful with helping me purchase my first home. They were patient and understanding. They were able to work with my financial situation and explained everything every step of the way. Everyone that I word with through the process was very good at explained things and answering all my questions. Even a year later I can still text or call the team and they are willing to help. It was a scary process for me and they all made it a lot less stressful.
