Tammy is very knowledgeable in this ever changing real estate market in the Denver metro area. In this current market we knew it would sell in less than a week, but Tammy still did a two day open house to accommodate me and my dog. Sure enough, we listed my townhome on a Thursday, did the open house on Friday and Saturday, then had multiple contracts by Sunday.
