As a first time home buyer I didn't know a lot of the terminology and the process of buying a home. Tammy began by sitting down with me to get to know me and to find out what I was wanting in a home. She then proceeded to provide me with all the information that I needed and walked me through the entire process: explaining everything clearly and thoroughly. She was quick to answer any questions I had, at any given time (early morning, evenings, weekends, etc), with lots of details. Once we found the home I was searching for she was fast to act and make the offer, she has great negotiation skills that allowed us to get the house I was waiting for. Overall she made this a very pleasant, stress free and enjoyable home buying experience.

Over 2 years ago we made an inquiry online looking for a realtor in Colorado to handle the sale of our house in Aurora. Tammy was the only one to respond and that was on a Sunday just after we posted it. She kept in touch with us until we finally made the decision to sell which was a period of about two years.
