We needed a specific area for schools. A listing came at 1pm. At 2pm Tammy let us in the house. At 2:15 we put down earnest money. Tammy emailed my bank in Oregon and got a needed letter, contacted the listing agent, called the sellers and at 3:30 we had the house and a second buyer was about to put down earnest money! Working with Tammy exceeded my expectations. She is a very kind, patient and very knowledgeable person. As a first time home buyer I didn't know a lot of the terminology and the process of buying a home. Tammy began by sitting down with me to get to know me and to find out what I was wanting in a home. She then proceeded to provide me with all the information that I needed and walked me through the entire process: explaining everything clearly and thoroughly. She was quick to answer any questions I had, at any given time (early morning, evenings, weekends, etc), with lots of details.
