Wes was an absolutely incredible realtor. He always goes above and beyond to help with all aspects of buying and selling. He fought to get us the best price on our home as well as on the local appraisal. He also negotiated several months of rent-back to give us the freedom we needed in our home buying search. On time and resourceful, a consummate professional. When the VA appraisal came in over 3% low, Wes challenged the appraisal and the appraiser raised the appraisal by over 3%. This allowed the sale to go through on schedule. I have never seen a successful challenge before. Watching Wes drive for the right answer and make the closing possible was a great experience.
