Wes Stearns of Mo Reality is an excellent agent. He was hands-on throughout the entire sales process. He continuously kept us informed of each and every action and went into detail about each process. I highly recommend Wes Stearns if you are considering selling or buying a property.

Wes was very knowledgeable in this particular market (Commercial real Estate). He went above and beyond his call of duty to get the property sold. He was pleasant to bounce ideas with and also he kept me in the loop about what was going on with the sale of the property. I would definitely recommend him.

Wes is a great guy to work with transparency and constant communication. My voice of reason.

Wes was a fantastic agent. We utilized him as a dual agent and he absolutely represented both the seller and buyer in the most professional way. Made some great suggestions on items to look at and ways to improve the offer. Great agent to work with, highly reccomend!

Wes Sterns has made one of the most difficult decisions of my life into an enjoyable experience! He has walked us through every step with patience and professionalism. I have never felt pressured to make any quick decisions and if I've asked for his feedback it has always been honest and sincere. Wes has gone above and beyond to make sure our home was sold without any glitches. Currently, he is helping us find our new home, with his patience, knowledge, and expertise I am confident we will find our next home soon:)

This is the second time that we've worked with Wes and I can't imagine working with anyone else. His experience and knowledge for every potential scenario provided us with the confidence and comfort we needed to ensure we made the most money possible on selling our home and getting the best deal possible on our new home. He is always responsive and genuinely cares about the entire process, knowing what matters most to us, and not stopping until that happened. Wes' pricing software and instincts are superior to any of the top companies we have researched with. In the Wes(timate) we trust!

Last year I inherited a home which needed lots of work. Wes helped me prepare the house for sale. He was with me all the way with ideas and contractors to work for me. When it came time to sell he was with me the whole way and kept me informed each step of the way. The house sold in a week. I couldn’t have done this whole process without Wes. He is a true professional and very caring realtor. I was so very lucky to have him on my side!

Wes provided wise guidance on the best techniques to showcase our home for sale and shared his experience with providing a reasonable sales price estimate. He is a professional and very personable. I recommend Wes for all real estate transactions.

As a new home custom home builder in PWCo for 3 decades, Wes has been my “go to” agent for listing my “to be built homes” and top choice agent to refer my clients with a “home to sell”. He has always got the job done for my company and those who I refer for their resale. For more than 2 decades, Wes has “been their” for me and my purchasers. Classic Concept Builders, Inc

My family has worked with Wes for both houses we've bought and he represented us in selling our first house. We believe he is the best of the best! Through the first process as a young couple, he guided us with grace and patience the entire time. He is truly willing to do whatever it takes to find you the perfect home and make you feel as comfortable as possible. Wes's vast experience paid massive dividends as we navigated various challenges with both properties we purchased. Wes is not only our realtor but has become a family friend. He's honest, energetic, and determined to make sure you come out on the other end as happy as possible. My family and I could not imagine calling anyone but Wes!

Wes Stearns has an incredible depth of knowledge about the market, advertising channels, and making a home ready for sale. During our initial meeting he explained the process and schedule in detail. He also assessed the condition of the home and recommended great contractors for minor fixes prior to going live. His team took amazing photos of our home, which drove interest immediately. He set expectations for the sales price and potential bids, and he was right on the mark. We had 4 competing offers after the first day. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Wes Stearns provided supportive and professional assistance during the sale of the family home of an elderly parent. His understanding of the personal situation as well as insights into the housing market during this difficult process was much appreciated. His aid from beginning to end truly made the sale of the property happen in a timely and successful fashion. Many thanks!
