Brian made everything so easy. He is very confident and knows what he is doing when is comes to buying and selling!. I interviewed several, and didn't feel like they were very experienced, or really wanting to list my house even discouraging me. A friend recommended Brian and the first day I called he came out to look at my property and I knew the first 5 minutes he was the one who knew what he was doing to sell my unique home. He saw my vision and I appreciated how enthusiastic he was, and the price he recommended which was much higher than other realtors. I also appreciated that he always answered my questions professionally and quickly! He took all the stress out of selling my home!
