Rita thoroughly guided us through the process of buying our wonderful home. From buying a house 2500 miles away Rita was always there when we needed her and had an answer for every question we asked. She made sure we knew when and where we had to be to close on our home. Making sure we were comfortable with every step in the purchase of our home. We could not have moved across country to beautiful Georgia if it wasn’t for Rita helping us along the way.

Not knowing anything about buying a house we were very nervous to start our process. We got Linda assigned to us and from the VERY start she assured us that we were in good hands and that reassured us. She didn’t just verbally tell us she proved it to us with her actions. Any question we might have had she had an answer and in the rare occasion she didn’t she would go and search for the answer. She is very knowledgeable in her job! Our process was a little different since we couldn’t apply for a house right from the start, but that didn’t discourage Linda she assured us she’d get us in a house. She always kept tabs on us during that time. And sure enough the right time came and when it came to the house we picked she was sure to lead us every step of the way. And finally we got our new home! Just like she said she got us in a home we absolutely love! She definitely is one of a kind!

We met Linda by going through the Realty Plus program with our bank. On our first meeting she was extremely friendly and seemed to know exactly what she was talking about. She gave us recommendations on what we needed to do to the house to prepare it for the sale. She recommended a person to come in and take care of the work and when we met him and his crew he told us that the house would be ready to go and look new once he finished it. All we needed was a new paint job, some settling cracks fixed , some items brought up to code since our house was old and new doors inside. We had already purchased our new home over 5 hours away and Linda stayed on top of all the repairs and everything for us. She would text me with updates and photo's of the work being done. Once the house hit the market, we had an offer the next day. I think all of that was due to Linda's knowledge of real-estate and her taking care of it. If you need a extremely good relator then hire Linda Cook. She's the best!
