He's a fast talker, so you need to pay attention but he will take the time to explain the issue fully until you are comfortable. I imagine his job is frustrating at times but he is even tempered and patient. Customer service is at the core of his work ethic. His various relationships with surveyors, engineers and fellow agents was very helpful in the closing process.
