So she was top of the list of the several brokers I considered. And I could not have chosen a better agent. She is there for a client, with answers to any and all questions. She has an impressive plan of action and offered great marketing. Beautiful brochure with excellent photos she took herself (my friends were impressed with how great the house looked in the listing). She is totally on the ball and always available to deal with any concerns and communication--a trustworthy, reliable guide through the complexities of selling a home. She was ready with suggestions and referrals for dealing with any issue that came up, and made a very trying process so much easier. She is also a delight to work with -- warm but no nonsense, and practical about the realities--informed by her many years of experience as a realtor in the area. She inspires complete confidence from beginning to end (and even before the sale--her house sellers' seminar, which I attended, was very helpful). She goes the last mile for a client and I'd recommend her always and certainly would hire her again. Five stars!

Susan was very helpful. She really knew the market and was willing to check out comparable when we were contemplating the price. she helped us find local, quick, and reliable contractors to do some minor work, and ultimately an engineer when there was question about the foundation. I also appreciated how hands on she was during more difficult parts of the sale process, such as when she flagged for us that our closings were timed such that the proceeds might not timely arrive. Susan handled all of this well and got a great price for our house. Along the way, she became a friend.
