While I hadn't actually worked with Susan before, I have known her for a few years and discussed real estate with her. Friends who did hire her were very happy with the outcomes. So she was top of the list of the several brokers I considered. And I could not have chosen a better agent. She is there for a client, with answers to any and all questions. She has an impressive plan of action and offered great marketing. Beautiful brochure with excellent photos she took herself (my friends were impressed with how great the house looked in the listing).
