Tina is extremely knowledgeable and was very pleasant to work with. When we started looking she listened to our wants and needs. When we went to visits homes she immediately looked for structural issues or any costly fixes and checked the ages of the home. She informed us of what is a problem and what could be fixed. She is very good with communication and kept us up to date with all the changes that happened with houses. She didn't try to push us into any house and let us make the decision. We were very pleased with how professional she was. She wasn't just out to make a sale, and even told us to 'Run' from one house, which is something we appreciate since it would have been costly if we pursued that home. Overall Tina was excellent and we would recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.
