Tina is the best! She fought for us so that we could get our house at a fair price in this crazy market. Being a first time buyer, we were not sure what to expect during the negotiations but Tina laid out all of our options ahead of time so we knew exactly what we were bargaining and why. When our mortgage lender was not communicating to us and taking longer than expected in order for us to close- Tina was calling and emailing them to get their butts in gear so we could close as quickly as possible! And when the basement flooded the day before closing due to sump pump failure, Tina continued to fight for us so we could get compensated for the added cost of a new sump pump and still close on time. I would 100% recommend Tina for any homebuyer!

I first contacted Tina after a very thorough search of Realtors throughout mid and southern Michigan in an attempt to find one with high reviews, high flexibility, significant experience, patience, professionalism, and personality compatible with my own. I was not disappointed. This process started a while back with me simply browsing possibilities from 1200 miles away and reaching out to Tina with questions, and even an attempt at entering a bidding war remotely on one property. She was helpful at every step of the process. Upon my arrival in Michigan, I was referred to Jim Jenson, another member of her team who also did not disappoint. Jim aided us in an extensive search for a property across a few counties, spanning a few weeks of searching, and was able to schedule fit us into his schedule and show us all houses we asked to see with little notice while working around my schedule (working remotely, including late nights, as a project lead in a period of extensive team transition). Though I became aware of some issues he was going through at the time too, he never let them stand in the way of (or even delay) our search. He instantly earned my trust through honest, open, communication and help in understanding the process, along with valuable opinions and backing wisdom on any questions we asked about each home. After getting outbid on a few homes, dropping our pursuit of a home due to unfavorable inspection results, and an extended period of searching for "the right home", we eventually found and landed our new home. Tina, Jim, and team are truly on your side. While, obviously, they have to make it through closing before they make any money, they apply no pressure, show a great deal of patience, and its easy to tell that they aim to get you into the right home vs. just trying to make a sale. Overall - 10 out of 10, would recommend Tina, Jim, and her team to anyone searching for their new home.
