We interviewed Tina (along with another agent) after doing an internet search "Top real estate agent Livingston County". We got what we were looking for. Tina answered the phone while on vacation, on a fishing boat 1500 miles away, and almost immediately began running comps, etc. Within 48 hours she had compiled gobs of information and what we should list it for and why, which was more that what we ourselves had come up with and ended up getting more that we even hoped for. The whole selling process went much smoother than i've ever experienced (have had maybe 10 give or take real estate transactions as both buyer and seller). We met a few times in person & largely shared info / kept in touch via text and email. This was great as there is no time taken away to have to meet for small stuff. Tina immediately relayed Information, answered questions asked within seconds, all while in concise direction on what to do, how to do it, etc. In just a few words of summary, I would say -- she knows her stuff!

Tina and Kayla were both tasked with finding a home for my Fiancé and I. Understand that this was not an easy task, my fiancé and I were first time home buyers and very picky on location and the type of house we wanted. Given the market, being a first time home buyer and picky did not work in our favor. But, we had something that many other people didn't have, Tina Hess and Kayla Aldridge. We have bought and sold several homes over the years and Tina is definitely the best agent we've ever worked with. She is extremely professional and knows her stuff. Had an open house on a Friday & sold by Saturday well over the asking price. We called her originally on a weekend about selling our house and left a voicemail. We didn't expect a call back until Monday. She called back within an hour while she was on vacation. Who does that! Awesome response, follow up and excellent communication. She actually had to wait on us a couple times - oops, sorry. Can't thank her enough for the hard work. Highly recommend!

Tina is the best! She fought for us so that we could get our house at a fair price in this crazy market. Being a first time buyer, we were not sure what to expect during the negotiations but Tina laid out all of our options ahead of time so we knew exactly what we were bargaining and why. When our mortgage lender was not communicating to us and taking longer than expected in order for us to close- Tina was calling and emailing them to get their butts in gear so we could close as quickly as possible! And when the basement flooded the day before closing due to sump pump failure, Tina continued to fight for us so we could get compensated for the added cost of a new sump pump and still close on time. I would 100% recommend Tina for any homebuyer!
