I think they were very knowledgeable and helpful, they helped me sell and buy my houses. They never gave up even when things were hard. They were experienced and they know how to personally connect with their clients to find their clients dream home which is what they found for me! I give them 10 stars. I would and have recommended them to anyone. If I ever sell or buy another house I will go through Pine Point Realty!

This is the best experience we have ever had with Zach and pinepoint Realtor Zach has been there from day one to the last day, he is awesome and I can't say enough of this business plz if you have a house to sell or wanting a house to buy, this is it ,very very happy thanks uo for making this process as easy as it was and we found our home ♥

Zach and Kate were great and sold my mobile home for asking price very quickly. Thanks again!!

Zach Blair was absolutely incredible to work with. Very knowledgeable in his field. Offered insight on what could be in each home he showed us. It was nice to see past just what we saw. Zach was very witty and funny. He had us cracking up but also remained professional when it came down to business. We appreciate the extra mile he went at the end. We 1000% recommend him and look forward to working with him again in the future.

Zachery was amazing he did wonderful job. With only a month deadline he made the process outstanding. He made me feel extremely comfortable buying my first home. Even told me what to look out for and gave me great feedback on his personal thought on all the properties we looked at.

Zach and Kate did an amazing job marketing my apartment building and helped get a great price!

My husband and I recently purchased our very first home in July of 2023. Working with Zach was an amazing experience. With his expertise, we were able to navigate this crazy market. Everything was smooth and as easy as possible. Zach is quick to respond, reliable and trustworthy. He consistently went above and beyond. Given we are first time home buyers, he was kind and patient in teaching us about basic real estate knowledge progressing to more complicated things and assisted us in every step along the way. In addition to Zach, we also had the support of his colleague/wife Kate, who was equally as wonderful. Her time, availability and market experience only made our process that much better. We would most certainly work with both of them again in the future and highly recommend them for your real estate needs. We will always be thankful for them!

What I thought was going to be complicated and stressful was easy and stress free. Zach was always available if I had questions and I always felt like I was talking to a friend not an agent . His knowledge of the market was incredible. I sold my house for more than I ever thought I would and in a very short amount of time. I would ( and have ) recommend Zach and his team to anyone.

He never gave up on what was a unique property to sell

Zach may well be one of the most productive realtors I’ve had the pleasure of working with. His partner Jamie wasn’t too bad either. We had been at a stand still of finding viable housing until we hired him. Really appreciated his hard work.

This was our second time working with Zach and if we ever returned to the area I’m sure we would choose to work with him again. He’s very nice, knowledgeable, and always available and working for you without being overbearing or pushy. We sold our house for much more than expected with his help.

Zach was an excellent agent to work with. He made the process of selling our house as low stress as possible. He helped us get the house staged perfectly. The listing was excellent. Our house sold for more than expected. He helped us through the entire process and was very knowledgeable for the entire process. Would highly recommend working with him!
