We had a great selling experience working with Zachery (Zack) Blair. Zack took control in lining up showings and quickly presented us with offers within a week. When things fell through, Zack was very efficient at lining up additional interested buyers. The whole process was less than two months. He kept us well informed while navigating negotiations, complex contract details, and the actual closing. Zack provided reputable resources to assist with needed repairs and staging. Zack was very patient and answered all of our questions. Emails and texts messages were answered almost immediately. The process was very personal. Zack was able to work around our schedules during the closing process. Zack works closely with his clients getting to know what is most important to them. We highly recommend Zack if you are looking for an agent that is efficient, knowledgeable, personable and honest. Thank you Zack for making our experience smooth and successful.

It was great working with Zach. He always responded promptly to all of our inquiries and was available when we were interested in looking at properties. He was very knowledgeable and knows the market. It was a pleasure working with Zack who I would highly recommend as a real estate agent.
