We had very specific things we needed in home at a certain price. Together we worked to find exactly what we wanted. Kate and or Zach always made time to get us in on our schedule usually within a day or 2. We travel the state looking for just the right home. It seemed to take so long and every time we expressed frustration they would say it’s out there and we will find it and we did! They are patient attentive and willing to drop everything to go near and far to see your potential home! Thank you guys!

Another important advantage from dealing with Zach is that he was highly responsive and almost always available. We were able to look at the houses at almost any time and look at them quickly. This is important, because good deals do not stay long on a market. High flexibility and good professionalism from Zach made our closing flawless. Zach even gifted us a new dehumidifier for a basement, because of little water incident right on the closing date. This is not just a realtor; this is a good partner. If we plan to purchase another house in the future, we will go back to Zach Blair.
