5/5 Stars! Christine Chaoon was amazing. I was recently stationed in California and needed my home sold on a short fuse. Our home was for sale by owner but we absolutely needed help selling it. That’s when we found out the soon to be new home owners realtor was amazing. Christine basically took care of everything. She stayed in constant contact with me about all inspections, requirements and making sure I understood everything. Keep in mind she did all this even with a time change. She adjusted her schedule to fit my Cali time zone. How amazing!!! Living out of state and having to deal with selling a home is already stressful. She made it almost stress free. I couldn’t have sold my home without her. If you want a realtor who’s invested in helping you sell your home she’s my #1 pick hands down. Anything negative should be reviewed for accuracy and honesty. After my experience I couldn't imagine anything negative against Chris to be true.

She was helpful, knowledgeable and made buying our home painless. We purchased out of state and she did many video chats and pictures to help up feel comfortable about the home

I relocated to Norfolk with no knowledge of the area at all. Christine was great at assessing my needs, breaking down what was most important in what I wanted and then suggesting options that would best fit my desired house. She was excellent at helping me select the right neighborhood, easily the most important part in this area, and then finding the house that spoke to me. I am confident that if Christine hadn't been my agent I wouldn't have found the place I ended up buying.

I just closed on a house with Christine in Carrollton...while I was South Korea! I wasn't at all familiar with the area, but was fortunate to visit for a week during a training event. During that whirlwind trip, she met me three times, all at the drop of a hat. She diagnosed my family's needs and showed me beautiful neighborhoods that nailed everything. A real home run that was capped off by her attention to detail in the purchase and closing process. If I could have done one thing better for myself, it would have been coming pre-approved. But she has the right contacts to get that done too!

Christine was amaizing in making our transition from Florida to Virginia Beach as smooth and stress free as possible! She was always available when ever we needed her, and in clarifying all the in and outs of the purchasing process. We are greatful we had such a wonderful realtor and now friend!

I am a military member who was faced with the hardship of having a very short time in the area to look at potential houses for my family. Christine did an amazing job gathering our preferences and picking out the best properties based on our previous discussions. After a short weekend of looking at houses we found the perfect home and I truly feel it wouldn't have been possible without Christine's exstensive knowledge of the area. Especially through the negotiations and eventually the closing process for our home, Christine ALWAYS acted with the best intentions for me and my family. We loved Christine!! Christine got us the house we wanted, FAST, and we walked away from the table WITH EQUITY. We were first time home-buyers, and although I'd done some homework I still had plenty of questions. Christine knew all the answers, and never got frustrated when I needed her to explain things multiple times. Buying a home is a big process, and my partner and I are much better off for having Christine walk us threw it. If I were buying another house, or knew anyone buying a house I would recommend Christine in an instant.

Christine is knowledgeable in her field which was very helpful in guiding me through the process. She enjoys working in real estate which is encouraging to know as a client. She has sold two homes for me and I have been pleased with her results. Would recommend her to anyone.

Christine was continuously on watch for a property that met my requirements. She noticed this property populate on MLS LATE 1 April, and urged me to take a look, I had just flown back into town the evening of the1st, but recognized her diligence for what I was looking for.. Upon exiting my vehicle to view the property, I knew she had found THE ONE. She aided me in finishing the paperwork and get to closing without any issues. Her unrelenting diligence, positive drive and professional demeanor put and end to my three year search for what I can call my little piece of Ohio.

Buying a house is difficult enough when both people are in the same area, but when buying a house with one of them only seeing pictures, and facetime walkthroughs it is even more so. Christine, was extremely helpful in brokering the deal, was available whenever a question or problem came about, and helpful even after moving in.
