The short sale of my home took quite a bit longer than expected, with plenty of bumps and bruises along the way, but she was always on top of things once they got moving along and knew exactly what to expect and when. 5/5 Stars! Christine Chaoon was amazing. I was recently stationed in California and needed my home sold on a short fuse. Our home was for sale by owner but we absolutely needed help selling it. That’s when we found out the soon to be new home owners realtor was amazing. Christine basically took care of everything. She stayed in constant contact with me about all inspections, requirements and making sure I understood everything. Keep in mind she did all this even with a time change. She adjusted her schedule to fit my Cali time zone. How amazing!!! Living out of state and having to deal with selling a home is already stressful. She made it almost stress free. I couldn’t have sold my home without her. If you want a realtor who’s invested in helping you sell your home she’s my #1 pick hands down. Anything negative should be reviewed for accuracy and honesty. After my experience I couldn't imagine anything negative against Chris to be true.

I relocated to Norfolk with no knowledge of the area at all. Christine was great at assessing my needs, breaking down what was most important in what I wanted and then suggesting options that would best fit my desired house. She was excellent at helping me select the right neighborhood, easily the most important part in this area, and then finding the house that spoke to me. I am confident that if Christine hadn't been my agent I wouldn't have found the place I ended up buying.

I just closed on a house with Christine in Carrollton...while I was South Korea! I wasn't at all familiar with the area, but was fortunate to visit for a week during a training event. During that whirlwind trip, she met me three times, all at the drop of a hat. She diagnosed my family's needs and showed me beautiful neighborhoods that nailed everything. A real home run that was capped off by her attention to detail in the purchase and closing process. If I could have done one thing better for myself, it would have been coming pre-approved. But she has the right contacts to get that done too!
