We were very happy with our experience in our recent house sale in Chapel Hill. Although it took considerably longer time to sell this house than our past houses - sold in 4 to 9 days - in three other states we've lived. This is because, we believe for this one we did not start the sale until later part of the year. However, the house was sold right away just before we plan to put it on the market again in February this year. Throughout the entire process, Jodi was working diligently and kept us informed in her efforts and strategies. She has set up three open houses for us. Her colleague at the Real Estate Experts, Boyce Duffie, according to our neighbors who attended the open house, did an excellent job in presenting the house.
