She provided an assessment of my home following A failed attempt to sell the property during a divorce. She recommended changes and improvements we could make in advance of attempting a resale of the property. Once we decided to put the house on the market again she provided additional up-to-date insights on fire trends and how to price and position the home. After our home was on the market for about 60 days she recommended minor adjustments to the Marketing and the pricing of our home which ultimately resulted in a successful sale.
