Kimberly was referred to me by a friend. I was from out of town and she was amazing. The most helpful and knowledgeable realtor that I have ever worked with.

We ended up going under contract for MORE than our asking price before ever even putting a sign in the yard (meanwhile multiple other homes in the neighborhood have languished on the market weeks and months before and since). The personal help and advice leading into closing truly set her apart as someone that cares and is fully committed throughout the process. Kimberly was such an advocate for us as a seller and a buyer from the moment we reached out to her. She listened to our goals and she helped us meet them far quicker than we could have imagined. She was always patient with all of our questions and it’s obvious how much knowledge she has about the market. She was realistic with us about what steps we needed to take and she encouraged us along the way. Selling and/or buying can be stressful but she and her team brought peace and ease to the whole process.
