Nik was very helpful with getting us closed quickly and efficiently. He did a excellent job showing us which improvements to make for a better result and was very good at guiding us through step by step so we wouldn’t be stressed through the process. I would definitely recommend Nik and his team for anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Nick went above and beyond the Call of Duty. He and his staff work day and night over multiple homes to get us a very best deal that they could get. I never felt like a client I felt like a friend. Will always recommend. Excellent service super nice person and amazing staff

Our first home buying experience was easy and painless thanks to Nik Markovich of the New Home Collective Team. He worked with us on our schedule and was always easy to get in contact with. Also big thank you to Aaron McIntosh for helping us out while Nik was busy welcoming his new baby. We would highly recommend working with both these guys to anyone!

My stepfather and I decided to fix up and sell his house. We have never done this before and there were so many things we had no clue about. Nik was there every step of the way. It didn't matter what time it was. Whether it was a weekday or the weekend he was there to guide us through the process and answer any question we had. We chose Nik because he gave us the highest estimate he thought he could sell the house for out of all the other agents, by over 30k, plus his charisma and enthusiasm were miles ahead of the others. At first I thought he was just trying to get the contract by giving us a ridiculous number that was way higher than the other agents gave us however he was right on the money. Now were in the money because of his amazing ability to make things happen that other agents couldn't. We couldn't be any happier and I'm sure that's a common theme amongst all of his clients. Thanks again Nik for everything, especially that fat check you got us :-)
