My stepfather and I decided to fix up and sell his house. We have never done this before and there were so many things we had no clue about. Nik was there every step of the way. It didn't matter what time it was. Whether it was a weekday or the weekend he was there to guide us through the process and answer any question we had. We chose Nik because he gave us the highest estimate he thought he could sell the house for out of all the other agents, by over 30k, plus his charisma and enthusiasm were miles ahead of the others. At first I thought he was just trying to get the contract by giving us a ridiculous number that was way higher than the other agents gave us however he was right on the money. Now were in the money because of his amazing ability to make things happen that other agents couldn't. We couldn't be any happier and I'm sure that's a common theme amongst all of his clients.
