Nik and his team were very helpful and professional in all aspects of our search for a lot to build our home. Being in the real estate field myself in the past I can say that it’s hard to find a realtor that will take his time to research and find comparable sales to educate the buyer and make sure that a buyer will get a fair price and not overpay. Too many now a days will write and offer for whatever the asking price is or an arbitrary number over list price just to close a sale. I’m glad we could find an honest team that stands with the client and looks out for their best interest. He listened to what we were looking for and did thorough research on all the properties we were interested in, unlike other realtors who were very vague and just wanted to close the sale and get their check.
