I started my house buying experience kind of on a whim. Rent was getting higher and I was ready to make a change, but did not even know where to start. Summer has a great questionnaire to get you started and then takes the time a few days later to talk through the entire process in detail so you know what to expect. She is very patient and honest when touring homes, making sure to educate you on any red flags to look for but always makes sure that you love a home before putting in an offer. She puts you and your needs very high on her priority list and always make you feel heard and cared for. Even during an emergency she temporarily passed us on to another awesome agent to show us some houses before she was back a couple of days later just to make sure we didn’t miss a day of viewings.
