He gave us his honest, expert opinion on everything from foundation shifting and HVAC systems to neighborhoods, HOAs, and the many other factors that can be easy to overlook when buying a home. He has a great ability to take complex topics and explain them in a way that is easy to understand, which gave us so much more confidence throughout the process. As first-time homebuyers, having someone we could trust to answer our questions, point out potential concerns, and help us make informed decisions was incredibly valuable. Sean never made us feel pressured and always made us feel like he genuinely had our best interests in mind.

Sean was there to provide knowledge and help at every step of the process of finding a house as well as throughout the building process. Sean also has connections that were very helpful such as finding a third party inspector and also a discount on blinds.
