What a great realtor Shelly is. We worked with her purchasing a property in the Historic District. We live in Winter Park, Florida and were interested in a Pied-a-Terre in Savannah. We found the one we wanted, but it was during the Covid Pandemic. That posed a special challenge since all had to be done remotely. Shelly assisted us each step of the way, making us feel like we were in Savannah during the process. I highly recommend Shelly to both local and distant clients.

Shelly was great to say the least!!! This was not my first home purchase but proved to be a trying process in a busy market and Shelly was with me every step along the way. Every time we needed to "start over" we did and she was always on top of things. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the area which was helpful because I have not lived here long. We were extremely lucky to get Shelly as a realtor. We have visited Savannah from Minnesota for 15 years and have dreamed of purchasing our retirement-forever home in Savannah. We would have missed out on our dream house if it was not for her knowledge, diligence and advocacy for us as buyers to get the house we wanted. I don’t think we would have ever been able to even think about purchasing a house without being geographically in the area, but Shelly proved to be a “one shop stop”, and helped us navigate every step of the purchasing process. She took care of the inspection company, recommended a mortgage company who could recommend insurance agents, and even got us a painting quote. She followed up each step of the sales process, checking on and following through with the mortgage company as needed. She minimized our stress of the process of purchasing a home from out of town, and the effort continued after the sale as she recommended the perfect property management company to rent and maintain our dream property until we can move there permanently. Heck, she even setup to have a piece of furniture we purchased online delivered to the house. Thanks to Shelly, someday our winters will be much warmer in our amazing home in beautiful Savannah!

I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about my relationship with Shelly as my buying agent in Savannah! This was a very big move for me as I had lived in Atlanta my entire life. Although I have family in Savannah and I graduated from GA Southern University (years ago!), this was still unchartered waters for me and a bit scary. Plus, she took control after we closed the contract by helping us to find people to do work on the house prior to our move and then provided oversight of the work. She really lightened the load of all the things we were juggling at the time.

Shelly helped me and my fiance purchase a house. From start to finish, she went out of her way to provide information, even when I messaged her at 9 PM on the weekend. She went above and beyond truly, even helping us get documents to our loan officer when we were in the Bahamas! We had some issues getting the seller to fix things in the house, after multiple attempts, and Shelly stayed on them until they were done. When our loan was delayed because of the hurricane, Shelly offered to store our furniture in her house while we stayed with a relative. Shelly is amazing!
