Had a rather terrible experience with Shelly. She accidentally texted me (thinking she was texting her boss), saying, "I'm not going to show him houses bc I don't trust him not to approach the owners on his own".... even though I'd already signed a contract with her stating I am legally obligated to go through her for any property she showed me. Shelly then proceeded to throw her boss under the bus by telling me she said that bc she was, "Trying to get information out of her boss"... Which is absolutely asinine. So yea, stay far away from this group. What kind of realtor says they're not going to show their client houses??
