When my mother died we placed her property for sale. We contacted multiple realtors, but only BF replied in hours. A couple of realtors reached out the next day. When there were problems with my mothers will, BF assured us and guided us and the buyers agent and on many occasions spoke with the estate attorney on our behalf to expedite the information and explain the issues that we confronted. This assistance goes well beyond any help from a realtor that I have ever experienced and was at times the only solace we get from anyone involved with the estate. Our realtor was the only entity to do what he said he would do, help us understand the roadblocks to estate closing in a most difficult time. Without his honesty and perseverance, I don't know what we would have done. BF had all paperwork ready and in our hands when we needed it. Not once did we have to revisit an issue generated by Mr Milam, that cannot be said of others involved in the estate's business.
