BF is the most knowledgeable and ethical realtor that I have had the pleasure of working with. I was not an easy buyer, wanting a vintage house with no maintence issues and BF helped our family navigate to find the best home for our young family, after arranging last minute tours on a holiday, responding at irregular hours, and offers made on 3 different houses. He could have made a quick sale on a high priced home that I loved at first glance, but took the time to lift basement ceiling tiles that exposed hidden issues that quickly rules that one out for us. While not a home inspector, he has a great eye for quality and got to know our family and our needs.
