I was not an easy buyer, wanting a vintage house with no maintence issues and BF helped our family navigate to find the best home for our young family, after arranging last minute tours on a holiday, responding at irregular hours, and offers made on 3 different houses. He could have made a quick sale on a high priced home that I loved at first glance, but took the time to lift basement ceiling tiles that exposed hidden issues that quickly rules that one out for us. While not a home inspector, he has a great eye for quality and got to know our family and our needs. B.F. Milam handled the sale of my home perfectly. While I contemplated the sale, he kept me up to date on market conditions and the best timing to list my home. He was very patient as I worked on my home to get it in "show" condition. When he did list the home, it was timed perfectly. Within 48 hours of the listing, I had multiple over asking price offers to consider. I had a signed contract for the sale 72 hours after listing! We closed in 30 days without an issue.
