James was such a joy to be around from start to finish . From the moment he entered the home he got to know us as people and not just a client. He was so good with our daughter and asking questions about her and taking her needs into consideration while looking. Best decision I ever made was hiring James and his Beaches to Ranches team to market my home. James walked me through the whole process because I had never sold a home before. I had just finished having the home remodeled in preparation for sale and invested a substantial sum of money in doing so. It was imperative that it sell quickly. James suggested I stage a couple of the rooms so perspective buyers could visualize themselves living there. I have bought and sold houses in the past and James is by far the best realtor I have worked with. I was living in Alabama and wanting to purchase a home in Florida sight unseen. He talk us through the process step by step and was informative on what to expect along the way. Always there to take our calls. He truly made a difficult situation easy. He is so professional. When I got to Florida for the closing he welcomed my 2 dogs into his office and watched out for them during the process, even giving them treats.
