From our first meeting, James was certain that my home would sell in a short time. I was doubtful, because while the house is solid, it needs to be updated from the mid-1980's style kitchen and needed lanai area updates. James was properly persistent and encouraging, providing the right guidance and "stick-to-it" attitude. Following his advice by making some simple presentation improvements did the trick. The home sold in a reasonably short amount of time at an acceptable price. James obviously knows what he is doing.
