When we listed our home there was a lot of interest and immediate multiple offers. We accepted what we considered was the best offer, but at the very last minute the buyers pulled out of the sale because they failed to get insurance. Ayesha was able to get things back together immediately and we signed another offer the day after the house was back on the market. This time, however, she was very pushy in making sure the buyers were fully committed and qualified, even speaking directly to their lender and asking for proof right away that the buyers were looking into insurance policies. She kept in close communications with both the buyers' agent and the lenders, and we closed quickly and smoothly. The buyers are now enjoying their first house--the house of their dreams.

We got this home under contract with a pre-occupancy rent period. Not only did Ayesha broker the deal with an iron-clad rental/lease agreement attached to a sales agreement, she went out of her way to enforce rent payments were made on time and in full. For both parties-us as sellers and the buyers-this felt like a high-stakes nerve-jangling agreement, but with the help of Ayesha all our minds were eased and the terms of both contracts were fulfilled on time and as directed.
