The house was vacant during the sale and I'm out of the area so Ayesha kept a constant and vigilant watch over the entire property. In addition, we had 2 buyers. The first backed out on the day of closing. Ayesha held my hand through that shocking ordeal, and then helped me to find a better buyer than the first. She showed us what we needed to do to make it look its best for the photos and showings. Ayesha Khan was both my buying agent when I bought my home, and the selling agent when I listed it for sale. Ms. Khan is a strong agent who believes that answering the phone and making phone calls is still the best line of communication. I bought the house way under value because she spent so much time talking to the sellers over the phone, and convincing them that I was the best candidate. It took weeks of negotiating but she hung in there. After I remodeled the home she listed it and she used the best photographer to make the house really show well for online shoppers. We immediately got a lot of showings and several offers. I wasn't sure what to do, my first instinct was to take the highest offer but she showed me why this wasn't the best, and I ended up taking a lower but much more solid offer. The house sale went very smoothly and I appreciate the advice she gave me.

She has never failed to answer the phone when I needed something, and never passed me off to a subordinate agent. I was very indecisive about pricing our home when it was time to sell, but thankfully Ayesha sat with me and went through not only the "sold" comps, but the homes currently on the market, both active and pending, that we felt were good comps and competitive. This helped me feel confident in our price and we in fact had the house under contract in less than two days. Through this process Ayesha never bossed me or acted like she was the authority. I felt like we were part of a team working toward the same goal. I was also very impressed that Ayesha checked on my home almost daily once it was on the market and then when it was under contract. The home was vacant and I felt so much better knowing that she was watching out for our home. To me, this is exceptional and went above and beyond her obligations. I really can't think of anything negative about my experience with Ayesha, and am very confident in my recommendation.

We made an appointment to see this home as soon as it was listed. Still, there was a line-up of people in the home or waiting their turn to view the home. Seems this had been going on all day, and we were pretty disappointed knowing that there were surely going to be multiple offers over the list price. Sure enough, we were one of more than a handful of offers, and we weren't the highest. However, as she'd done in the past, Ayesha Khan was able to convince both the listing agent and the buyer that ours might not be the highest offer, but it was the best for the seller. They agreed. I'm really not sure how she gets her point across so clearly but she really does. I know she's pleasant and easy for me to communicate with, and I know she's also fierce when it comes to getting a deal done--it's a combination that's tough to beat. Getting this home was almost a miracle, and I truly believe that very few agents would have had her tenacity and persistence to get it done. I am so accustomed to leaving call-back or text messages since nobody seems to answer their phones anymore that it was a pleasant surprise to work with Ayesha. She never failed to answer the phone when she was able, and when not she always got right back to me within minutes. I'm not sure when she rests, but I called her at strange hours, sometimes early morning, sometimes late evening, and sometimes on holidays. She was virtually available any time I needed to talk to her. I was also impressed when she was preparing to list the home. She took the time to speak with the neighbors and get their insight/input on the neighborhood and did her own research on the community and surrounding areas so she could gather as much knowledge as she could to present the home to buyers. She was a tough negotiator when we had offers to consider and represented us faithfully. I would recommend her to anyone looking to either buy or sell a home.
