Because we were so quick we got the house! It was purchased as a project to renovate and resell, and although it was a lot of work, it was well worth it. One thing Ayesha does is work with amazing photographers who are able to capture the best of the home, and this one really shined in the listing photos. Ayesha was our listing agent for the sale of our house. This was a complicated sale, as the septic drainfield failed inspection and we faced possibly losing our buyers. As it turned out, Ayesha was able to negotiate with the worried buyers and we were able to replace the drainfield and go forward with the sale in a way that satisfied everyone. Although the house went up a LOT in value after our renovation, the appraiser for the buyer wasn't too sure it was worth what both we and the buyers believed it was. Ayesha was able to walk the appraiser through every single detail of the renovation, and convinced the appraiser that the selling price was fair and justified. If she had not psid attention to all the work we did it's likely that the appraiser would have undervalued our house.
